Jacob is arrested during Sudan’s civil war and falsely accused of sedition. He spends four months in prison, then his aunt comes from Saudi Arabia and rescues him. She takes him from Saudi Arabia where he could be executed for apostasy and smuggling Bibles into the kingdom. He violates the Ramadan fast, admits he is a Christian and then goes on the run from authorities. Part 2 ends as he escapes to live in Sweden, praying for a wife.
